WebCam Recording Program?

Is there any Third-Party Program that isnt a virus that records everything your WebCam sees and records it onto a file or something for later viewing?

I believe you can D/L a 30 day trial. I'm not sure of any free ones about, but I'm sure you can get one off of some P2P sharing program.

That is not the only one, there are several others. Just google it. And like I said if you don't want to pay for it you can go on any P2P program and try to find one, just make sure you scan it to be on the safe side .

Ya - Best bet is to get a CDkey for it on P2P (I do Bearshare) And use it - also, IF their r really goos ones for money, try and buy it, Make copies and share it - U get a program, and help the comunity ----Also, Have room to Record, decent rate (Near DVD fps) runs about 100 mB per 3 MIN!!!

Well personally I like the Logitech accessories, they are very good quality. Also if I were you I'd look for a USB Webcam, very easy to hook up just plug it in and your all good. I'm sure you can even find a pretty good one between 30$-50$.

I have a Logitech QuickCam [20$] and it's quality sucks really bad..

Really? I usually enjoy Logitech products. Although it was only 20$ bucks - you can check out CircuitCity or BestBuy to find some good ones, I couldn't tell you which one is the best as I'm not really an expert on Webcams. If you have a MicroCenter near you that is probably the best place to go to purchase one though.

Any way to increase quality? It's all Blurry, Always Dark, even if I have a light shining on it, it's dark, cant really see anything..

I'm not really sure, are you sure you just havn't tweaked a certain setting? I don't have a Webcam myself so I'm not exactly sure. Although perhaps it may be your connection and the rate you are sending the stream. Maybe your sending it recommended for a 56k connection.

It's probably just a bad webcam (considering it was 20 bucks). Before you buy/obtain any programs to record the webcam feed, I would buy the webcam first, as I wouldn't be suprised if he webcam itself came with software to record it.

good ol spaz beats me to it, thats what i was gonna say, spend some money if u want to get quality picture (doent work in all situations, but comeon a $20 buck webcam? u need about 5 lights shining on it to get a semi clear picture) and they usually come with software to record it, check on the box to make sure it does b4 u buy
