Question about auras and +skill items

Okay, if I have an item that grants the character an aura (like Faith's fanaticism), is it at all affected by any items with +skills?

I believe it is. So if you have say Beast on that grants you a level 9 aura, if you put on 2 SoJs it will be a level 11 aura.

no it is not only if it grants you the skill such as cta will the all skills work buht a lvl 11 fanta will stay lvl 11
