Sorceress PvP Gear Guide (US East, Non Ladder)

Also, I have the regular version, not LOD. Can somebody tell me what gear I should use if I am making a PvP ice sorc? Im going to buy the game again and I was just wondering because I thought it was all about mana and life and all that. Thanks.

If your going to make an orb sorceres then I'd suggest this gear............
helm - nightwing's
armor - chains of honor or cold ormus
belt - arachnid
rings - x2 soj
ammulet - fletch or mara's
weapon - fathom or occulus & cta
shield - spirit monarch
gloves - magefists or frostburns
boots - sandstorm treks
x9 cold gc's, sorc torch, and anni

x9 gc's... I dont have LOD. Are the other armors and stuff listed in the regular Diablo 2?

oh sorry i thought you were expansion..............ormus should be in diablo 2 but im not sure about the runewords in non-expansion

Wow, D2 Classic, that will be a toughy. Since there aren't any runewords or exceptional/elite uniques (I believe) I'd go with one of those magic staves with an Arch-angel prefix for the +2 sorceress skills. If you can get a hold of a staff where the prefix is 'Arch-angel' and the suffix is 'Magus' You have yourself a +2 sorceress 20% faster cast rate staff.

For armor I'd suggest things that bring big boosts to your life/mana. If you want extra skills you can throw on a Tarnhelm unique skullcap. You can use SoJs' for rings or you can use rare/magic faster cast rate rings.
