well he is not planning to take over the world, only a country. paupa new guinnea would be an easy target.

to take over the world takes a bit more effort and ambition, and thus will be left to me. all i need is a giant robot and a underground base, and wait for the goverments to be weak after a alien attack.

got to defeat bill gates and his giant robot and take the world for me.

plus it would never work, you would wake one night take a piss and there would be 8 diffrent assassins coming at you. plus you have to find supporters, and you would would need a central location, plus all recorded dictators were evil mass murdering basts. i could never follow that
