Killing someone DUI/DWI = Murder

wouldn't being charged with 'murder' be a little harsh? but ya..idiots that drink and drive should be punished a bit more.

did you know that most people who end up drinking and driving have some sort of mental illness whether they b4 they drink or drinking causes them to become "temporailily insane" that is the reason they count it as manslaughter i could give a million scenerios where some1 may not b aware of wat they are doing but that would take too long1 for 1 disagree with him they should get the full punishment of manslaughter but shouldnt have second degree murder and whoever said that 2nd degree murder dosent include pre-meditation if u look up the word murder it says "especially with premeditated malice." but my #1 point is that the fact that they are insane for that small amount of time they arent punished as harshley as they would if they were in their right mind

It's why you drink alcohol. You aren't mentally insane, you're just drunk. Your blood is becoming saturated with ethanol and your mind gets way too loose.
