Help, fails on pindle... doesnt kill fast enuff?

hi, i need help with this. i have a cold sorc so she only runs pindle, but i was lookin over the logs, and i saw all these nice items drop, but never got ne, i sat and was doing some hw and saw why. After it kills pindle, the monsters from the back come, and she wont pickit and it just fails without picking the items. help

he has
2600 defense eth hellforge sup Fortitude
Near Perfect Cryptic Axe 323% Enhanced Damage Infinity
Perfect Vampiregaze helm (eth)

hes one bad ass merc.

dont diss the merc.

but perhaps its me.

im doing a low 5k blizz and 1.5 glacial...
i have no sojs

holy freeze is nightmare not hell. Have you considered reducing the attack time on pindle? If you sorc can kill him pretty quickly reduce the attack time
