hex/zon editing base weapon damage

is there any way to edit a weapon's base damage? Also what is the maximum vlaue in decimal format for HP? I understand that it's an 8 bit string, but with the new patch, I know the max is no longer c1 c0 e1 00. Can anyone help? Last thing, does auras in charms stack, or do they do nothing beyond one? :confused:
