I have a msg when i sign onto my realm i play that says, "You have been temporarily restriced from this realm." What does this mean am i banned or what. Also i was running mmBot last night.

There are many threads like this, but it just means that you are joining games to fast or logging in to fast, you are not banned but look around the forums a bit before you post.
