My Idea *Rich Man Character* Zip Included.

Beforehand, please know that this came to me as of recently. Any similarities between this guide and any other guide you know of is purely coincidental. I, myself, have never seen a character like this on bnet or in any character creation guides that I have looked at.

Stating that, please refrain from saying things like; "This has been done." "Old." "Welcome to Ladder season 2."

Ok, onward.
I don't have a name for this so I'll just call it the BMT Zealer + Merc Combo.

Stats~
Str : Base
Dex : Enough For Max block WITH Maxed holy shield
Vita : Rest
NRG: NONE

My setup. (There are other options if you chose to use something else.)
CTA/Spirit Combo
Weapon: Grief PB (could also use ebotdz if you like)
Helm : Dream Bone Visage
Boots : Eth Treks (use whatever floats your boat as long as you dont have to build around it.)
Gloves : 20 ias Blood Gloves
Belt : Verdungos
Armor : MP Enigma
Rings : Both 20 dex Raven Frosts (saves dex points for vitality)
Ammy : Maras
Shield : Dream Sacred Targe (I use Sacred Targe because it has the highest block percentage, 60%)

Blessed Aim Merc equipment (Having a Merc = More killing force)
INFINITY
Eth Fort *
COA *(Both of these are my personal likings. Choose what you will)

Skills~
MAX Holy Shield
MAX Resist Lightning
MAX Salvation
MAX Fanaticism
Rest go into Zeal


Explantion of this character and what not: With grief PB, the one I built did nearly 8k damage NOT with the mercs conviction aura. I chose Grief because of the ITD for pvm and also for the Raw Power if Lightning does nothing or very little. The very little points in Zeal is like this because you shouldn't need the AR from it if you have a Blessed Aim Merc (recommended). With all the gear and Stats, he will have 10k+ AR and 3000+ life

I have not tested in PVP
In PVM, I killed Hell Trav in litterally <5 seconds. This character is the fastest melee killer of monsters I have ever seen.

Here is a .zip for the Character. Unzip it into your Diablo II\Save folder to use in Single Player.

Sounds great for PvM, although may be a little overkill, but it can be good for the Ubers. It may work on PvP only thing I can see wrong is your AR. Usually merc is is dead quite easily leaving you without Blessed Aim and without much AR.

That character didnt have the Anya Res Quests done. What where they? like 40ish? Plus all that empty space in your inventory. Problem solved.

This char kinda is crap he couldnt even kill shenk when i tried doing it. Holy shock doesnt really help in hell because a lot of things have resis to lightning. This char needs more life leach or something.

Another option for weapon would be a Last Wish PB, it has life tap.
