Is this equipment good for MFing? Skullder with P topaz, Shako with P topaz, Occu with Ist rune, WT 40 (50's are worth soj i heard), Rhyme troll nest, Goldwrap, chance guard 40 and 2x perfect nagel... Please post what u think  This is for a medium rich guy, it wasnt hard to get it! I recommend this equipment for a good mf sorc.
BTW. 441 MF at Meph hell can result in? Tell me the best thing u got with around 400 mf~!

This looks ok but i would not have put a perf topaz in the skuldd and shako the occu looks all right and i didnt catch wht the wt was, you can find something better then nagel, for 400 mf you can find sojs in norm diablo. Andarial norm, night, and hell with 400 mf is also good. if you use pindle i wouldnt even worry about any of this.

instead of goldwrap, and skully i would use tal armor and belt and then also use tal amu should give u some mf too (but its a personal preference)

My zon uses 300 mf and she's found IK armor's and such...so personally i think its hard to determine a prime MF number.

Yeah trayned said the optimum number is 256...but...some ppl complain that its not enough.

Perfect magic find is truly unknown. Many claim that a certain range is better than others, while others can argue that the more the better. Personally, I'm on the more is better side of the argument. Logically, the more magic find one has, the more of a chance rare/unique will drop. I think 400 is a nice number, but if possible, get some 7 magic find charms and a high gheeds. My sorc has 700 magic find, and my favorite two spots to mf are at Mephisto and Andariel. I've found many things in about 1000 runs this past two months.
Here is a list of items I found (off the top of my head):
-5 Shakos
-4 War Travs (50, 49, 49, 38)
-Multiple Lightsabres
-Chancies
-Wisp
-SoJ
-Nagels
-Manalds
-Ravens
-Dwarfs
-GOLD (haha, funny huh)
-Eldrich Orb
-Skullders
-Shaftstop
-Arreats
-Gul
-Tals Armor
-Tals Ammy
-Hellslayers
-Nice Rare/Magic Items
-Eth Pally shields (for exile)
-Azurewrath
-Stormshields
-Arachnid Mesh's
-MISC norm/excep Uniques
-etc etc etc
I've found much more, but can't remember...I think the key is to do fast runs with as much mf as possible. Sometimes you'll find a lot of good items in a few runs, and sometimes you wont find anything good for 50 runs. It's all random. Have fun.

More mf = better. Period. Stop saying there are "special mf values", that was patched a while back.

I didn't say there are better mf values, if I was who you were speaking to. Can you post some material to show everyone that it was patched. Or are you talking out your @ss?

Mephisto, face it man, mf resets once it gets to a certain number, thats that.

K i got new equipment now, Tal arm, amu and belt, shako, chance guard 36, nagel 21 and 24, greaves with 34 mf (looking for WT) and for MFing a Ali, not socketed (Gonna insert 2x ist when i get them) and rhyme and for tping/fighting i got oculus and lidless on secondary attack and with primary attack, which is the mf gear, i got 513 mf but it can still be upgraded as you see THIS is what i recommend really

I was talking to the group of people that claim that there are special mf values and brackets. If you had searched a bit Eulogy and read posts instead of shooting your mouth off, I have already posted something about this in this very same forum, go to "mf discussion" thread here. Once you have done that, I would ask YOU to post some material that corroborates your opinion about mf. Same goes to you FarvaRules, saying:

All I know is that I'd rather see a rare shako with 700 mf than seeing a rare shako with very little mf and left wondering... what if i had more mf?!?
