I have a smiter and here is his stats.

(w/o equipment)
Str. - 140
Dex. - 75
Vit. - 340
Nrgy. - Base

I use many different gloves, armors, and shields. For PvP and PvM. I can reach 4k life exact with a certain outfit, but more or less 3.8-3.9k with BO. And only max block when im using HoZ not exile or pheonix.

Is this good build in your opinion or no? If not please leave suggestions. Thanks...

seems like you have too much in str.

yep too much str, if u use fort, dont because the ed doesnt add any "invisble" dmg. but if u use coa, then the str is ok i guess, because coh requires a shitload of str =/ if u reach almost 4k life with 2+k dmg with a grief, then its a good smiter

yeah that's to much str... and is Holy Shield maxed? because you should get a decent amout of Blocks with it and you should also get dex for max block
