i think most people use photoshop. the sig is the picture under the posts

i know what a sig is...i had people make then for me for other games like 2 years ago...i jus wanted to know what program and how they learned to make them*

Most people here use Adobe Photoshop. I believe alot of people hear learned how to use it by essentially just using tutorials and trial and error to find new cool effects.
