i still dont see how nintendo is going to get run out of the market...even if they screw up revo by not making enough games like they did with gc, lots of people will buy it just to be able to play all the old system games. you know, from back when nintendo was the undisputed king of consoles and made tons of awesome games. hell if my nes and n64 still worked, i'd be playing them all the time. give me an nes or an n64 over an xbox anyday

The revo may be bought by old fans, But still, sony hold dominance over the entire gaming market. I somehow don't think cheap gimmicks like that will help nintendo take over the market.
Those old games may be good, but some of them couldn't compare to modern games. Just because its retro doesn't automatically make it good.

i'd play some older games over the ones i have anyday the old games were usualy harder and looked nicer the gfx really dont make the game for me

Why should I pay to buy games that cost fifty-cents for the cartridge or that I can download for free.
The simple reason Revo will fail is people who are as smart as me.

u do kno that they havent decided if you will pay or not for the games for the revo so it could just be a emulator or not if they decide to make you play

and i dont think that nintendo is out , many game developers have a very very strong interest in the idea nintendo has thought up so dont count them out so early on

nintendo revo will be cheap and no need for hdtv to enhance the gameing experence making it substanceually cheaper then the 360 and ps3( if they go with wut 360 has done ) for a full experence

honestly, a big reason i want revo is because i love nintendo's trademark characters...mario, link, megaman, etc. otherwise i probably would have gone with ps2 over gc....

ps2 has nothing other than the ff series but what char to use? so many to choose from

360 has that john character the games ant that great (to me atleast other than the first one, had hours of fun wit demoderby )

dont count the revo out still no one really has solid info on the revo specs so for all we kno it could have ultra ka gfx ( i wish)

bottom line....i'm probably going to buy it...if it sucks, i might go with ps3...i dont like xbox though, cant stand the way it looks or the controller...plus microsoft already gets enough of my money

I definately think PS3 will pwn, here are some stats I have heard about. Also, Link is a pansy lol. FF games rule, and even though Sony consols lack FPS games, that's where you can buy an XBox and get all of the halo 1 & 2 you want. Still, PS2 has killzone, call of duty, and other such games.
