cisco clean access agent bypass?

hey well im in college now and ***in they got that gay clean access agent shit were it doentst let u dl at a high speed and only a ceratin time limit... is there a way to bypass this.... i also cant use and music programs like limewire or any thing like that.... it DOES alow me to use irc.. or mirc but *** dling at 30 kb... any help??? thanks alot guys

unfortunatly there is nothing much you can do..
unless you can hack their server or something..
