When I try to get on USEast it says I am unable to connect to BNet but when I go on USWest I dont have a problem. What's up with that?

i have that problem occasionally too...try exiting completely out of diablo and try again. if that doesnt work try restarting your computer

Sometimes I have that problem too. I exit and take a break and usually don't have a problem after about 20 minutes.
