www.d2dupes.com is scamming people. What people don't realize is that they CAN get their money back and they CAN shut his paypal account down.

Here's what you do:

Log into your paypal account.
Click on "Resolution Center"
Get the Transaction ID
A new screen will pop up. Click continue.

What is the category of your purchase?
Select "Hardware/Software". **Note** DO not click on virtual goods!

Where did you make your purchase?
Select "Sellers Website"

Did you receive a package?
Select "No"

When you contacted the seller, what happened?
Select "Not cooperative" Or "No response"

Now, in the comments field, type in this:

Seller is defrauding people of their money by selling bogus software.

In paypals bogus policy, you must submit a claim no later than 45 days after the transaction. If it has been more than 45 days, please file the claim anyway. This does two things: First, it adds to the pile of complaints already against the guy and second, WHEN his account gets locked your case will be reopen and you will receive your money back.
