i am making a light sorc now, cept its not for mfing... its a nova/tstorm/es sorc... i dunno if thats a good combo or not but it seems to be working ok right now... but not as good as i have seen it work... so i was wondering if maybe you guys could give me some pointers on it... i have maxed es/telek/tstorm/nova... im using infinity/imps/frostburn/2sojs/wraith collar/vipermagi/spider/anni/torch/9light gcs... is there something i should be using that im not?... oh and i got 2.4k mana... plz help! ^_^

Use hoto and spirit, equip the infinity on switch or on your mercenary. Also nova/ts aren't very useful skill because the chain lightning synergy tree is a lot better.

well if your a nova sorc you need lightning mastery maxed out aswell if you want the most damage

With that gear and infinity on merc a chain light/light sorc should dominate.

well.. i have tried it on my merc, and it doesnt work very well, merc dies way to ez... the infinity on switch i dunno about that cause, if im not using infinity... then there is no point in haveint it right? why would i need the hoto and spirit... the point of this sorc is that the infinity brings the resist down majorly... most sorc's i go up against die within like 2-4 ts hits... so ts helps alot... and hmm i did max out light mastery... i just didnt add it lol... i have read in some forums that its best to put 16into telek. and 1 into es.. is that true??? thx for you advice, i really appreciate it ^_^

whats with the sudden pop up of like 10 lite sorc threads? one seems more than sufficient....all the threads have like the same 2 or 3 questions too...i think some people here need to click that link in my sig

How long have you been playing? Your merc needs a LL helm obviously, mine can solo baal.

a few years.... but im not looking for PvM im looking at PvP.... your merc can solo baal but i bet i can kill it in one hit ^_^ ....

Yea, I would say use a low str/dex infin, I see where you're going though a nova/ts sorc isn't the best combo O.o I would take the lightning path, maybe go Light/ES. Your sorc has a good general plan, but Nova really is a shit skill lol. I have completely destroyed every nova sorc I have dueled, and I got bored when I was making mine. Maybe a TS/Bowamerc sorc would be fun though? lol
