A joke, by yours truly
There were two trees in the forest, a Beach tree and a Birch tree. One day they begin to see a small sapling grow on the other end of the clearing.
The Birch tree turns to the Beach tree and asks it if it knew what kind of tree it was. The Beach tree looks back at the Birch tree and says that he has no idea, and suggests they should get the woodpecker (as he was an expert on trees), to fly down and find out for them.
So, they ask the woodpecker to go over to the tree and find out for them. The woodpecker returns after a few minutes and says, "Well, it's not a son of a Birch or a son of a Beach... but that's the best piece of Ash I have ever stuck my pecker into!"
