trading nonladder 4 ladder?

hey.. does anyone know of a safe way i could trade some nonladder USwest stuff, for some ladder USwest stuff? like would i need a moderator to ensure the trade is legit and stuff? or would that just not be possible? I really wouldn't mind someone helping me.. because i have quite a bit of stuff non ladder, and a whole lot of nothing ladder, but i want to play ladder, so the fun's kinda ruined.. lol anyone have ideas?
