How much Energy for sorc with ES?

I'm making a light sorc with skills as so:
Max Charged
Max Lightning
Max Chaing Lightning
Max Lightnigh Mastery
So I have extra points so I was going to put a point into ES and with +skills should be around 8 or so I was wondering how much stats should be in Energy? I'm thinking like 100? Help please.

It depends how high your ES will be. If you're expecting 75% or higher, then go all in energy.

Well I think by putting in 1 point and +skills wil be about lvl 10 which gives 59% I think so how much energy should I put in for that?
