WHAT THE!? Cant pick up quest items!?

What the hell? For somereason I can't pick up quest items... I dropped Khalim's will and now I cant pick it back up...I also cant pick up other items from that quest in act III... Dammit. Does anyone know how to get onto battle.net while using d2loader v1.11? I got a keygenerator and tried to change the key, still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

No realm....This was single player.(when I couldn't pick up quest items) I'm in US west. I still can't connect to it.
