Hey guys, basically, I am sick and tired of all of my RPGs, so I was wondering whether you could recommend one that I should try. PC only, I don't want to start emulating and stuff. What I really am looking for is a game that focuses mainly on the storyline. For me lore + storyline > all in a RPG. I hate corny, shitty-plotted games... If anyone could recommend something along the lines of Diablo (I have already tried Sacred), Fallout, The Pandora Directive or Morrowind (I already tried Oblivion)...

Dark Age of Camlot. played it at my friends house its pretty fun, also have few expansions you'd need to buy. it's pretty fun and stays to the storyline.
As long as darkness flows through my veins, I will never cease, As long as my dreams still haunt me, I will never show mercy, and as long as evil lives I will never die.....

Oh, I forgot to mention that it should be fully playable in single player...

Kingsrookie Wrote:jedi seaid somethi9ng about silk road Unfortunately Silkroad is just a MMORPG (just online), and there really isn't a storyline to the game, just killing and doing separate quests that do not attribute to a story line and level up and stuff. I can't think offhand of a good RPG for your needs, but hopefully other forum members can help you out.

Guys, thanks for your suggestions, but I am really looking for more Single Player games... Oh, and I don't like Baldur's Gate + Icewind Series... DAOC looked good, but it's also online :\

i think daoc is only online. why would you only wanna play it single player anyways? oh and for the new rpg you are looking for are you willing to pay per month to play or no?

I would strongly recommend neverwinter nights, the original game is very boring but the two expansions have a increadibly compelling storyline, especially the 2nd one.

Deus Ex is an awesome First Person Shooter with a good story line. It's old, and the graphics are not good by today's standards, but I still love to play it.

How about Guild Wars, its supposed to be an awsome online and single player game. Fable is awsome too, but it isn't online last time I checked.
