D2JSP - how safe is it?

Hi guys, my friend gave me yesterday his diablo keys, because he stoped playing. I already have 2 keys and i want to use d2jsp with this one. so i have some questions:

1.) I will make a new account
2.) Is it possible, that my other account(s) get baned (the legit ones), if warden detects me or does it just ban the account i used the bot with?
3.) Can these legit accounts get baned if i loged into them by using the new keys? (So the keys i use the bot with)

I dont think D2JSP is safe at the moment... i could be wrong though, and as for your other accounts if you get detected by warden all your accounts may get banned cause my cousin used maphack on only one of his accounts not his others and they all got banned.

i know that d2jsp isnt safe, but i dont need this key, so i can take this risk...

but if all my other accounts get banned, too i won't use it...

ahh and another question:

can warden detect me just if i AM using the bot or if i used it once and then stoped using it? so can warden just finds out while i'm using the bot?

if bnet wants to be an ass yes they can track all your accts

But how long does warden needs to find out that you use d2jsp? is there any avarage time or is it simply an accident or someones fate?

because if they need more than 1 week, i would install diablo a third time, with the new key combination of my friend, make a new account, rush a new char and let him bot until the key get banned (because i already got 2 keys)
