Ok so Singleplayer and Open bnet allow hero editor chars and stuff. But how do I play open battlenet? I'm always hearing about people with godly stuff and no weaps owning on open bnet and I don't understand how to play open and edit chars etc.

ok to play on open bnet all you have to do is click other multiplayer then click open bnet. then make ur char and hero edit him up or whatever you want.

you can use characters made in single player on open bnet

You just have to keep trying. you can fail for many reasons. Just to make sure however, make sure you can make a game. (SP or open doesnt matter) is you can't most likely your character is over hacked.

Ubers are only avaliable on the bnet realms, unless you use the ladder ubers mod, which you can find in the mods section.

That's the char I can't get online. Anyone know why? I uploaded so you can see for yourselves.
EDIT: I can make games, but just not join them.

Have you tried using just the .D2S and making it read only (Right click the file, select Properties and put a tick beside Read Only)?

I just got a guy with LOD (I have it too) to make a game to see if I could join and I couldn't

I downloaded the save file and I could not join any open battlenet games. This is probably because he edited his name to be in a blue color, and I think the name causes some error on BattleNet.

Whenever you go on BattleNet, your name has an odd [] thing in the front (when you select which character you want to use), where it does not if you attempt to play Single Player with the character.

dude that is why you cant join games. To join a game your name can not be edited in color. if you want a colored user name then you can only create games. Just change your name back to normal and you will be fine.

The only way you can have a colored name is if you host.
