Around the end of last summer, i was in a uber trist game that one of my freinds made. i got my other another friend to join in, it was just the three of us. we killed every one but meph. we just couldnt beat him, So they left the game and told me to keep the gmae open all night untill the next morning so we could keep trying. So about a hour or so after they left, i got my barb and tryed to kill meph, i would get close then he would kill me, i would exit the game and come back for my bod, But i didnt have enough str to wear all my gear so i had to pick up what i could hold put what i could on, then pick up the rest of my gear from the body. This worked fine time and time again. But the next time he killed me and i exited the game to get my bod, half my shit was missing! my nigma,bold,verd,gore, most of my stuff! I was in shock. normaly i would pick my body once, get some stuff, put the stuff on in order, then pick the rest up, but it just all poofed! and most of i i found or made! WHAT HAPPENED????

Any advice to keep this from happening again would be really nice, i know the easy solution. Just put enough str on to wear all my gear, but i really want to find another solution due too the massive str i would need. str charms?

my friend used to str bug his druid and sometimes if he picked up his body wrong some stuff poofed. my advice is not to str bug

Wierd, sounds like a bug to me. Sorry you lost your stuff, the lesson of this story is to be careful when str bugging.

it never came to mind to ask what happened, i just kinds got over it, Ooh! and by the way i wasnt useing srt bug, thats what i dont understand. I put just enough str on to put on the lowest str req item, then that item gave me enough str to put on the next lvl str req item, see? i wasnt even useing any str charms what so ever. 60% of my stuff just poofed when i got it all off my body.

Yes, my hammerdin is all vitality build so when I pick up my bod it stays on the ground because I am "overburdened." I equip what I can, then pick up the remainder of my gear.

I got a Bone Necro that i strength glitch i use him for dueling and i have to have mana pots because im all vita. my inventory is filled and i got about 8 spaces to put items or anyting and i grabbed my body and my raven soj and 20 maras was gone so i think its just a bug

well thats never happened to me b4 but always have spaces to havea gear in case and if you have numerous bodies ina a game make sure to pick them all up before leaving just in case that may cause a bug. also picking up mana pots or ears in pvp games can cause you to even lose charms ive heard and losing a neccesary str charm could cause it to poof instead of drop because they did something to fix stuff like item fountains and other things related.

my hdin is str bugged, cant use any gear without other gear, just get urself a torch and anni. if ur a barb put like uber lots in str cause more str=more dmg and more str= can use all gear= nothing ppofs(unless duped and not permed)

i dont get it, my paly doesne thave enough strenght to wear some items by them selves, does that mean hell loose his items when he dies?

Just add some points into strength and get yourself an Ani\Torch. The only time this happens is when you need something equipped that gives +strength to wear something else you use equipped, if you use Ani\Torch\+str charms or add enough into strength, you will not pop like this.

Lols! it happened to my smiter too but it was my fault. Don't STR Glitch unless you're gonna become godly enough to not die
