is dracs really a need even with an exile? exile already gives 15% chance for life tap.

Stacking your chance for life tap helps a lot for ubers and pvp, when it is allowed.

I wouldn't say it's helpful for PvP though. It increases a chance to trigger an increase in performance. In other words, it's a chance to increase the chance of you winning a duel, as opposed to directly increasing the chance of winning.

dracs has open wounds and str bonus, the lifetap is just extra if ur using exile

and exile is enough lifetap imo, its prolly better for u to use some crafted 10cb/20ias/str/dex/res gloves but i doubt anyone has ever made gloves that good yet..

dracs also have 10 life seal and life gain wich can help substancially
