if u search onlin,e u can prob find the file. i know multiple cases where i have had to download .dll files, so i went online to get them. i would just make sure to go t oa reliable site so that you aren't dling viruses or trojans or anything like that. perhaps Microsoft would have the file that u are looking for, heres their site: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/default.mspx
