PvPGN-1.8.0 Linux Help

I'm trying to install pvpgn through linux on a webserver. I'm stuck at the bnetd.conf file getting my prefix right. It's default /usr/local/ but i want it to actually go through my server. Actually I need over all help. Anyone who has done a pvpgn in linux please PM me or post a reply.
