Intro:
First and Formost to be able to make a good PVP concentration barb is EXPENSIVE. Basically, if you follow the guide and gear suggestions that are given you're concentration barb will have over 55k defense, 6k damage, and around 5k life.
Skills:

Concentrate- 20 points - This is you're main skill, the attack that dishes out the damage along with giving you're barbarian a huge defense boost while swinging (excellent against zealors and other melee's)
Battle Orders - 20 points - This is a common knowledge skill to max for any Barbarian. This will increase you're life and mana dramatically.
Shout - 20 points - The objective of a concentrate barb is pure defense. So with my barb I chose to max shout for the great defense bonus on top of what is already given while using concentrate.
Axe Mastery - 20 points - This skill is very important for boosing you're damage dramatically with an axe.
Battle Command - 1 point - This skill is good for adding a skill level to all you're skills and comes in handy with Battle Orders and shout to give you a added skill while doing you're warcrys.
Iron Skin - Rest - As you continue leveling you will put the rest of you're points into Iron skin because it gives you just that much more defense to help you're barb.

Equipment Reccommended:
Armor - Eth +2 valor - I prefer this over an eth steel carapace because the +2 skill and the amount of vitility it adds you're to you're character giving a HUGE life boost.
Weapon - Eth BOTDZ - Pretty simple on why I chose this weapon.
Shield - 40/15ias Stormshield
Helmet - 40/15ias 190% +++ Arreats (Remember defense is important on a concetrate barb)
Amulet - Highlords - A lot of people choose to go with Angelics combo for the Attack rating boost but I do not use Angelics because my inventory is stacked with Attk rating charms so I do not need Angelics. Keep in mind that the Angelics Combo is still a reliable backup if you need the Attk Rating.
Rings - Raven Frost - The +20 dex on each ring and the attk rating and the cannot be frozen mod are all great reasons for using this ring.
Belt - 40/15 dungo - You need the Vitility and Damage Reduce.
Gloves - Steelrends - Steelrends are great for the enhanced damage mod, defense, and good bonus to stren. Keep in mind to keep a pair of Drac's in the stash for fighting annoying life tap zealors.
Boots - Gore Riders - Pretty Self explanitory why you use these.

Stren: AS LITTLE AS POSSIABLE! Try to get a anni and barb torch to give yourself a good boost of stren, then put points into stren until you have 101. Then equip you're BOTDz which will add +30 attributes so you can then equip Arreats, which will add 20 to wear SS and so on and so on until you equip all you're gear.
Dex: Base of 150-165. Trust me you want A LOT of Block and AR. With a base of 150-165 dex and the addition of Raven Frosts you will have a good amount of dex and AR. Trust me this is very important to follow for the build.
Vitility: EVERYTHING ELSE!
Energy: none.
