Charge lag/Desync

Can somebody give me a guide or help on how to use charge lag (desync) on hammerdin to PK people.

I see some people do this very well it can be hard to beat since u dont see them u just get hit by hammers and dont see the attacker until ur dead.

Anybody have a guide or something on this?.

Im on about classic not lod and if ur skill means *use enigma to teleport* i dont call that skill.

In classic without charge your dogmeat to anything as a hammerdin the idea is to use charge to desync its what all the goood dins do to pwn duels.

Im asking how to do that so u can either say something useful and help or just tell me to piss off and get skill which is counterproductive.

Your a moderator u can say any insults you want no problem but at least try a help a bit....
