i was wondering if taking "legal steroids" safe... i have little to no knowledge on this sort of stuff (currently looking for some side effects) so i was wondering if anyone had more information about legal steroids. thanks in advance.

i also want to hear ur guys opinion and what would be better to use instead of steroids.... maybe something that can be bought at a local vitamin store.. like GNC or something similar to that.
and if anyone knows of legal vitamins that has helped "you" grow muscle faster. thanks again and i hope to hear ur guys opinion.

If you want larger muscles, work harder. The side effects of legal\illegal sterioids are just too extreme.
Protien shakes, vitaman suppliments can be used, just don't overdue it.

Are you talking about sumplements like Andro or likes there of? I've taken all different kinds of shit in my day and the best thing I found was to take a multivitamin, workout hard and consistently(protein shake right after ur workout), eat like a horse (not shit food), and sleep at least 8 hours. At my peak, I weighed 195 and could bench press about 300lb. I could bench my body weight like 15 times. The only other thing I might suggest is 100% creatine. Take about 10 grams aday and it will help you recover from your workouts. You should cycle the stuff tho, maybe 6 weeks on and then 6 weeks off and drink lots of water while taking it. Remember man, anything that sounds too good to be true, is! There has been no long term testing on some of that shiz and the FDA doesn't regulate their claims. If you wanna c some insane shiz, search for "ronnie is captain insano" in google video and watch that beast workout. That man is striaght gorilla unit! Peace
ps- my roomate used testosterone in college and his back and face looked like shit and he turned into the biggest ****head ever, not cool. Don't mess with the hard stuff, trust me!

i been working out now for a year and i tried some things and let me tell u nothing beats hard work and good diet, firstly the only thing i would sugets is protien shakes but in moderation if u overdue you will get fat and no muscles will show. dont take any supliments if your diet is fine thats all you need, things like creatine will make your muscles spaz after about a month and it will hurt to work out plus once you stop using them the results go away just stop now and dont bother its not worth the time or the risk

results DO NOT go away after you stop taking creatine..its not the creatine lifting the weights, its your muscles

Creatine isn't really a steroid. If it was any and everyone who lifts is beyond guilty.
Legal steroids are inevitably probably gonna turn you toward Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, or some effective legal OTC stimulant. Most cheap stacks you buy at places like GNC are made up of caffeine, ephedrine, and whatelse.
Pretty shitty on your heart.
Cliffnotes: I don't know.. but i've see GNC sell stacks of supplements compromised of cheap stimulants which are in turn a fast way to a heart attack.

XDBD then what would u say is better.... GNC is prob one of the best vitamin stores
what store u think is better? if anyone knows of a good vitamin store... please let me know.. also my diet kinda sucks... i eat like 2 big meals.. lunch and dinner... i have never ever really eaten breakfast i just dont have the time.also creatine is also something i used to drink...
if anyone is "experienced" with weight lifting can you tell me of a decent diet (since not every body is the same) but just give me an idea.

just to clarify after stopping creatine the water retained in your body that makes your muscles look bigger dissepears after stoping it but the strenght is still there so the size is smaller and the effect of working out is reduced

(sorry have to saying it again so i can understand it..lol) so when u stop using creatine all the happens is that you dont look as buff as u should.. but you will have the strength.. just not the looks... if this is the case....
its not what im looking for.. i want my muscles to show... im better of just drinking shakes..

creatine is a weight gain supplement, only way it helps build muscle is if you work out, if you dont work out ant take creatine you get fat, anyway im currently taking xyience and working out everyday on a balanced diet and its worked wonders, my arms have went from 11 to 13-3/4" in just a little over 5 weeks.

When you take creatine it causes your muscles to swell with water. When you workout your muscles preoduce a side product latic acid which normally breaks down muscle. Your body 'retaliates' by building your muscles bigger, (hence the need to eat the protein). The water retained from using creatine dilutes the latic acid so you can get a better workout before exhaustion. Yes when you stop taking creatine you will lose the wait you gained in the first 2 weeks, ~typically 5lbs, but you will have gained not only strength but additional muscle. Last cycle I did was a little while ago, I gained 6lbs in the first 2.5 weeks, and an additional 3lbs over the next 3.5-4 weeks. 3 days after stopping I was down 5.5 lbs, but I keep 3.5lbs. Over the next 2 months in my off cycle I gained 1.5 more lbs. (the 6 weeks prior to the cycle I gained 1lb. the previous cycle was about 3 months prior)

you said you have a shitty diet and you only eat 2 big meals a day. you should definantly eat 3 smallers meals a day. not only do you get nutritional bonuses but when you only eat 2 big meals a day your body thinks your starving inbetween dinner to next day's lunch and since your body thinks its starving it starts storing fat. so it would be better to eat 3 health meals a day instead. better for your metabolism too.

man if your confused about what kind of supplements to take just eat good meals. egg whites, milk, yogurt, chicken, rice, steak are all protein packed foods.

im going to have to work on the small meal thing.
so if i take creating how much should i take? or should i just take whats directed on the back label.. anyways u guys said after u stop using it you would lose about 5 lbs my question is.. will u still look buff?

I suggest being patient. When I worked out I ate three medium sized meals a day (mostly things with carbs) and had a semi-big dinner to finish it off (than worked out, of course) Just stay healthy, work out hard. Make sure you push yourself, if you want muscles fast, and to work out your upper and lower body equally.
