Stings, Easyplay Lite, Easyplay Gamma. Stings and Easyplay lite are the safest, since they only reveal the map and not monsters and what not, Easyplay Gamma is safe for now, but will/should be detectible if the warden updates.

nothing is undetectable, but as pointed out sting is safest w/out plugin's

If you are going to use Stings be sure to use the Stings Maphack guide (link in my signature). If you set it up that way it will be undetectable.
