ok i've always wondered this. (this is a **** question i know)
i always upgrade diablo 2 to the full install, because it says it'll let me watch the cinemas without switching discs (which i never do anyways). but i never upgrade D2:LoD..
my question.. what the crap does it do. i can always watch the vids. so what's the point in having more memory taken up for your PC?

its so that u can watch them directly without having to change discs or anything
i personally think its better NOT to full install, so u can instantly skip when u get rushed

yeah i never get the full installation. waste of space and i never watch the vids anyway, they're more of an annoyance now that i basicly know them by heart.

You have to manually copy the music.mpq file out of the CDrom into the diablo directory
At least I think that is what you have to do, It tells you in the d2loader guide

digi i am pretty sure you did not do full install if you still need to put the cds in. almost, its the video and music files that you have to copy over, not the movies...and thats to play the game without the cd
