New utilitie...where do i put it?

Hello, i made a new utilitie and i want to post it onto d2 sector...where would i go to post my .rar file or who would i talk to? Thanks alot!

As soon as you post it I am going to take it, scan it with twenty anti-viruses, decompile it, test it on my zombie computer with internet off to see what it does on runtime and after... go ahead, post it if its a virus smartass2.

If it is a good utillity, feel free to post it. Was it something you found online, or did you code it yourself and what language did you use?

yeah lol wm's a comp wiz. sniper, you have to understand that since you're new to the forums you could just be one of those people who post hacks/viruses to steal peoples accounts etc.

It's a program that takes a very close look at what another program is doing when you run it. It reports back on almost anything it tries to do with the option to accept\deny... Very helpfull when trying to see if a program is bad or not (if it passes the antiviruses and if I can't see anything wrong after decompilling it).
