This is my guide for making a good pvp/pvm frenzy barb. Ill make this Guide according to A level 90 barb

Skills:
Max These Skills:
Battle Orders (20)
Max Weapon Mastery (use both same type weapon class) (20)
frenzy(20)
Double Swing(20)

1 into Each Combat Skill
xx into Shout
1 into Natural Resistance
1 into Iron Skin
1 into Increased Stamina
1 into faster Speed

Stats:
Strength: Enough for Gear
Dex: Enough for Gear
Vital: Dump it in.



Gear:
Helm: Ber'd Arreats
Armor: Enigma (low strength require armor) ex: mp, bp, ds
Boots: Rare Dupe or treks (or ik boots)
Gloves: Rare Crafted 20 ias/lifeleech/stats/life/knockback (or ik glove)
Belt: 40/15 Dungos
Ring1: 5% bk ring (or viper whorl/ nice stat/ll/life/ar/res ring
Ring2: Perfect Ravenfrost
Ammy: Imp Brow or highlords (imp brow expensive)
Weapon1 switch: Hoto or +3 Warcry weapon
Weapon2 switch: Hoto or +3 Warcry weapon

Now the Weapon choices. There are many many number of weapons you can use. Here are some

Eth Botd Zerker
Beast Zerker
Doom Zerker
Grief Zerk

Any Decent Fast Weapon really with nice damage.

Maybe keep a SS in stash for WW duels if ude like, and a Fort for bvb duels

Merc:
So since u will not have fana or holy freeze i suggest using a act 1 ice merc.
this merc is NOT for killing, it is simply used for auras.

Gear:
Um'd Shaft
Um'd Gaze
"ice" Bow (non amazon only)
"faith" bow (non amazon only)


Charms:
Your Charms Can be up to you. This is my suggestion of charm Choices

Torch
Anni
A few 20/5's
Permed 32020s
fhr mastery Gc
1 or 2 combat fhr skill gcs
Mass Poison Charms Can be used also


Goals For This Character:
High Damage
Cannot be Frozen
31% Dr. Pretty much highest u can get with a setup (enigma/dungos/Arreats)
10k + Defense
5.5k+ Life
Life Leech
FHR breakpoint

I don't have much experience with this build, but why not go for an Act 2 merc for an aura? Holy Freeze to slow attachers down or Might for increased damage maybe?

Your build seems fine, but it lacks technicalities. Add in FHR and IAS breakpoints, also comment on the equipment that you chose, for example, I would have used COA instead of Arreat. Why do you think that Arreat is better?

Also the weapons that you suggested. Add in why one is better than the other, if you are going to use one, then how would the rest of your equipment change.

Same comment as frater but i would also recommend having lvl14 frw with base eq because that will help you quite a bit. BK ring isn't much good other than bo precast in barb builds, use a secodn raven cos your ar will be way too low. Best weapon choice would be botd and beast. Draculs are also a must have on a barb allowing you to use a dusk eni.

Your charms would have to be as close to 322s to get good ar as possible, max dam/ar/life gcs are also fine.
