that why they cant appeal the ban on him, then he went to bliz and cussed out the secretary, because of the toungelashing he gave to the old lady at the counter he is given a restraining order and 1000 dollar fine

selling the porn and yelling at secretary were two different situations in his situation man

yes you can get a ticket for harrassing a person

but the porn part, even tho he said he didnt, its over internet, same as all the other sites out there, maybe some loophole you can get out of, ticket is doubtful

but blizz (or any company) is not authorized to hand out fines or jail sentences. the police would get involved and the fine would NOT come from blizz. it come from the police. for assualt (verbal) or disturbing the peace/disorderly conduct.

I was banned by Blizzard, Blizzard has a small building where you may go to file complaints or ( if you didnt hate them ) apply for a job .
did it occur to people that blizzard is not run by a super computer, it is run by computer geeks, and people whom have absolutely no social life.
there must be close to 100 people managing blizzard and battle.net 24/7 so that people can use battle.net in a safe and secure inviroment.

i am going to set my scanner up so that i may post a coppie of the letter saying i was banned for several reasons on my next reply.

and my fine was compiled out of all of the rude words and hand gestures i made.

i was taken into the police department, so that i may be formally given my fine and so that my wife found out.

e.g. abusive hand gestures = $50 fine, verbally abusing worker= $150, disturbing the peace= $100, resisting arrest= $100, there were 3 more fines i would rather not post.

though i am not anger management, i was so anoyed that i was labeled as a pornographic image adict, i lost my self controll.

i am not going to pursue further legal action as i will most probably be fined further more, ( or just get my car reposessed to pay the fines ) and may get a short term jail sentance.

im not gonna open a zip file from a low post counter but cna some1 post the pic of it if someone opened the zip? and imo isnt the banning paper (one he posted) just a reply from bliz after he has filed a complaint and ask for a appeal of the ban, then they sent him this letter and reasons why he cannot appeal the ban(cmon guys) and that this is not the police ticket he got w/ the $$$ fine.. money fines cannot be given by a company geves, it was obviously the cops
