CD keys

I heard about people selling cdkeys on the internet so i'm here to ask this question. Do you need the cd's to do this. Cause i have like 4 regs and 3 expansions, and 2 of my regulars are missing/ wrecked cd's and my 1 of my xpansion disk is wrecked so i was thinking about selling my cd keys. Like someone would change his cd's keys to mine with onlyers. So back to the point do you need the cd's with cdkeys?


p.s. my e doesnt work very well so in places i went back and put an "e" in but i may have left places out.

i dunno if this answers something but cdkeys dont have to be with that certain cd it came from

you can just use whatever cdkey and use whatever cd (but xpac cdkey for xpac and what not)

just give me one and ill be happy ... but selling i doubt it keep it.... or give me one .. but then again ebay it

You need an installed copy of Diablo II, and two MPQ files from the play CD at a minimum for you to run Diablo II without a CD (using D2Loader). If you want to run multiple keys at once, you need both a fresh classic and a fresh expanssion to use in the fill\reg (see my D2Loader guide for more info, link in sig).

Long story short

They can use your keys without needing your CDs, and you can play Diablo II without your CDs many different ways (Burn an ISO, get the MPQs and an installed Diablo II, burn a budies CD using Alchol 120% or a different program to get around copy protection)

uhh yeah is there a program that can come up with fresh keys? or do i really need to spend 40 dollars on new cd keys?

My Ultimate CD Key Solution

Find a store that offers cash back on returned items. Buy the Diablo II Battle Chest, jot down the CD keys and return the item to the stores for your cash back. Gotta love playing the system = )
