What the **** are you talking about? Have you listened to the news lately...It's more like...All of US , against them. Nobody will beleive? I wouldn't even underestimate how many people...EVEN if they lied...would make claims about something similar happening to them. Why are you making it sound like...Taco Bell...has a more trusting word, than anyone else lmfao. The Taco Bell in my area get's graffitied on, and it's not surprising if an employee get's mugged for being an asshole in one way or another. My point being...Taco Bell would have no choice, but to either, get the "Accused" to apologize, fire them, or risk having a bunch of crazy teen's (^_^), go and do something to the employee's :p

I know this seems like something stupid to you. But for me, bad customer service is my hot button, otherwise I probably would not have cared one bit. If everyone just shrugged off things like this, how could it possibily improve?

I stated they were african american (exact words) at the bottom of my post. I don't condone all the N words being thrown around nor do I believe they should be. Because I really do care about customer service, I posted this. That's all it is. I care about customer service.

My point being when you fight it and nobody cares but you.. because you see, here's how fast food works:

Corporate -> Franchise owner (usually owns all the stores in a large town/county area) -> GM(general manager/store owner) -> Managers -> Respected regulars -> regulars -> peons.

If these two were total peons yeah, maybe. If they were anything more it's going to be you -vs- them. Some random white guy claiming racism against regulars that have worked there months, and usually do a really good job.

As i've been saying the whole time, i'm not denying the gayness of this situation. The guys were clearly in the wrong.

In the unlikely event you do some good and change the way they work there, congrats. In the likely event that nothing happens and they don't believe you/just don't care at Taco Bell.. well. I told you so.
