I believe its vex,ohm,lo,sur,ber,jah,cham,zod im not too sure if gul is a hr though.

gul isn't a hr because it drops for forge. though mal and ist aren't hrs alot of idiots consider them as one

All runes from Mal-Zod are considered a Highrune. Gul is the only exception.

Gul is the equivalent of an Um rune, making it 1/2 a HR.
