I thought japan wasn't allowed to raise a big army since it was negotiation terms when they surrendered and we put troops stationed in japan?

I thought so also, though I'm not really familiar with the agreement they signed. That was, after all about sixy years ago and Japan is now one of our most trusted allies. It was they who threatened Korea with military sanctions or something along those lines, I'll do a bit of reasearch on it.

Lynch, you should check Video.google.com for the old 40's footage of a nuke detonation. Before the blast hits, the heat incinerates everything. You see the entire face of a building explode into flames before the shockwave rips it out of the foundation. You see everything leaving horizontal trails away from the nuke's center a second before the shockwave decimates. It's very odd looking and you realize how destructive they truly are.

I must have missed something somewhere, what does Venezuala have to do with anything? The country is poor as dirt and in ruins, much akin to North Korea.

And I'm not going to bash on France. Mainstream US media blows France's opposition to us way out of porportion. True they didn't support us going to Iraq, but they are just one of many countries that didn't either.

I think there was a discussion about Iran in a previous thread (mayve a different forum alltogether) but I don't really support going to war with them unless they make it clear they are going to conduct/support terrorist acts against us. Their leader is a slimebag, and much like North Korea and Venesuala the country is in shambles.

Venezuala the reason I said them is because the just announced last month sometime that they plan to cut off our oil supply from there country. Chavez is an american hater and he has made it very clear and has asked to purchase WMDs from North Korea. Last month Chavez went to North Korea to "chat" with Kim Jong Mentally Ill. He has spoken againest the US numorous times and insists we are going to attack them so he trained more military personnel.
