I havent heard anything but i'm guessing that because Blizzard is working on the Burningn Crusades for WoW that they will be working on that for a while. But there have been rumors that blizz has been hiring ppl for D3. so keep your hopes up.

d3 will most likely never happen, just like starcraft ghost, ghost was scrapped after being recalled like 4 or 5 times

it will never happen maybe they wil throw in a xpac with a new act and a new char just to keep up hooked on it for 6 more years ( worked with LOD ) so yeah man i doubt d3 is gonna happen

might add new chars but a new act just wouldnt work, theres not enough story left for anything, there isnt really anyone left for an act boss

There is going to be a new diablo. I guess its being created in europe under a new title and will be running MMO type files and running in mmporg just like WOW. They also plan on charging a service for it just like they do in WOW. i'll find more info on it.

I heard rumors awhile ago that blizzard was not going to continue working on the diablo project anymore, but some people that left the blizzard crew were going to continue it under a differen't name like Trayne said. But that was a rumor I heard about a year and a half ago.

pfft w/e diablo is done unless they come up with e clever way to make baal or something come back.. possibly have like cain get corrupt and be a boss or something and make d3 with 2 new chars and like 6 more acts w/e make it accualy like months to beat not like now i can beat game under 1 hour with g rushing..

I've seen some pics about it... Or was it hellfire... Saw them on google, the graphics is dumb IMO, but i wont argue if someone says it's better. I'll still play D2

I'm just wondering, are you guys thinking of Hellgate:London? I know it's by Flagship Studio, and that some of those guys are the guys who had helped to make Diablo.

yea i read some stuff at d3 awhile back that mentioned a heaven vs hell thing. you can find weapons, armor, etc. that have both a light and a dark version. (heaven and hell) i heard that they had a good story line but were going back over the entire game to make it "fun" to play. d2 was like the number 1 all time selling game or something. that alone would make d3 a best seller. they would be stupid not to capitalize on it.
