Need Help w/ the new d2loader 1.11b

I recently downloaded it and read the direction on how to use it or whatever but it can not reconize the storm.dll file in the diablo 2 directory.mad: If anyone is able to figure out why it can't read it please let me know. cool:

Make sure when you downlaod the d2loader, rename it to Diablo II and PUT it in your Diablo II folder in "C:\Programs Files\Diablo II"

well i looked at that site but i found this:
Q. I get 'STORM.DLL not found' error.
A. You need to install the .exe like the instructions tell you to. Put the .exe into your Diablo II directory and run it from there, don't try and run it from the .zip or anywhere else or it simply won't work. If using a shortcut, make sure the 'working directory' is your Diablo II directory.

whats the .exe than im supposed to put in the diablo 2 directory
