Stings or Easyplay

If you are going to pay, EP Gold is a solid choice, but it has more of a chance of becomming detectable then Stings does (the more features, even if temp freeze on Warden, does cause it to become more easily dectable.)

I personally suggest Stings, there are other stand-alone hacks that are much safer that offer the same features that easyplay gold does (and they are free)

yeah... why are people still trusting netter? I don't play anymore but I know that if I were i'd use stings, and since maphacks are back that reminds me, when i get back home I'll install D2 (in new hampshire right now)

safer imo=stings
better=easyplay
easy play shows monsters and has vectros and immunes which is nice

stings just has lil x on the tomb and things like that for quests

Sting's hands down. Been using it off an on for a little over a month and haven't had problems.

stings owns and if u dont use plugins its pretty much undetectable as far as i know

but still if you do use plugins cant you just make a program that will shut it off when warden detects it? like old c3po and mousepad and such

The layout is more user friendly, and with EasyPlay, there are so many versions floating around the net that are older and that will get you banned (older versions of Stings work fine, use the same reveal engine just with the plugin feature added).

There are well-written and idiot-proof guides on this site for Stings, but none for EasyPlay (that I have seen)

And with the version confusion, people will just make forums topics like this:

Why can't I get EasyPlay to work

You tried to install gold, that is the paid version.

What's gold? I'm installing EasyPlay!"

It is also a personal thing for me, Netter took (or stole) the code for Stings to make EasyPlay Lite.


Those are my reasons, but I am sure other people have others. I still just suggest Stings.

so in Easy play we cant, like in Sting, to use only some features to be safe? i have modified config in Easy play so he can just drop me from a HC game when tpk. Now with all the bans Easy Play is safe? Anyway Blizzard stoped scanning, right? prolly all hacks are now safe again, or these hacks didnt work anymore?

You should note that all versions of EP except EP Lite and Mousepads are now being banned (along with the D2JSP recently)
