you need a program to be able to dupe and just about every single rune is duped man.. otherwise how would everyone have like 600 hrs lol.. so just perm every rune u got

i think there are probably programs that desynch you but if u use one of those ull probably be banned

How can you perm a rune?

well, if you're gonna keep em you need to perm every game. go up to someone, attempt to trade. as soon as the trade window opens, cancel and immediantly leave the game. or if you make a runeword/socket them into something then they stay it that item.
