hp its probably not ip ban, probably something wrong with your connection. temp ip ban will tell you ''your account has temporarily been restricted''

I still think Stings (non plug) is fine, I have heard reports of mass D2JSP bans though. Some people saying "I just used D2JSP why was I banned?" not realizing it was so lucky D2JSP wasn't banned a long time ago (it has been detectable a long time)

really? i searched the forums with keywords unable to connect, and there where a bunch of other people with the same error message as me. people posted ways to try to fix it but none of them has worked for me. most replies say to wait up too 3 days then call blizzard... hmm...
