Ok I saw kazes thread about lunch which i thought why not ask this, i am very... skinny. We dont have alot of money so cant afford my favorite meal, like steaks, whats something that will get me "somewhere" ive been trying to grow really, but i havent had luck... so if you could help me out on wtf to eat in "Breakfast"+"Lunch"+"Dinner" At least help me out on 1, Dinner ehhh...not sure we have good dinners. Again were damn "Poor"

eat whatever you find around the house, whenever you are hungry or have a craving. stop drinking water and drink soda or milk. eat breakfast, eat lunch, eat in the early afternoon, eat dinner, eat at midnight

ow that last post hurt it was so stupid, aside from that eat a lot of junk food like chips pop ans such, it got me to 6"4 and 200Lbs

Get a job at a fast food place, then you get free/discounted fatty foods! Go somewhere like McDonalds that has breakfest and a lunchish and dinner!!

What he said. Thats the best Idea i've heard so far. If you want to get big try and workout and use the benchpress, while also eating alot. Go to mcdonalds they have cheap fattening shit.

You could take appetitie stimulating drugs to synthetically increase your food intake. You could also work at a fast-food stop. I recently went to Pizza Hut (i had a boss job but long story..) and all I do is hit on this one girl and eat. Pizza after pizza.
We all do. My metabolism is insane right now so I couldn't gain weight if I tried, and with my lifestyle I should weigh much more than I do.
Work out. Eat a lot of protein rich foods and lift weights. You'll bulk up and add mass fast.

Yea but once you get enough muscle you lose body fat which will make you weigh less, all in all if you do no work it will help you get fatter, muscle can outweigh fat to a degree... but you would have to work pretty damn hard to more muscle than fat and weigh a lot... and also when you work out you need food for intake to get the nutrients and stuff nessecarry to gain the muscle or else you will just die, so its easier to just eat and eat and not ]work out to gain weight.. lol

ummm your like me i have trouble putting on weight i just started to eat more and i found i put on a bit of weight.
