Why should it matter how you look. As long as you like yourself, then everything is fine. So what if you're skinny, i bet you got other qualities.

Being Fat or have a bit of "meat on ya bones" doesnt matter that much really, as long as you're proud of what god gave ya, you will do just fine.

Working out is definitely good.. Take weight gainer formulas from GNC or another health store brand. Protien food is a key for weight gain.. Mexican food does help alot to gain weight. i went through the same phase in life as you are now and i gained 30lbs from it. It might be your age and metabolism tho. if thats the case then stay eating healthy, working out, and contiuing to gain lean muscle mass... you will be much happier in the end of results... i didnt break 205lbs till i was over 22. now im 225-230 range.. My end goal is 240-245ish ... oh yea btw im 6'5

getting fat for cheap? easy.

go to wal mart, buy potato chips for .88$ and 2$ steaks with all the fat on them.
it's so much easier to get fat then to get skinny if you're poor. also, make sure you're never hungry. whenever you're not full... eat.

he doesn't want to be fat you retards. anyways, muscele weighs more than fat. so, work out, healthy but enough food. make sure to get protien(meat, nuts, eggs) and have a well rounded diet. and you can have a good time exercising too. just do shit you like and you will gain the musceles. maybe do a few situps/pushups every night. if you are going places that are <or=1mile then walk.

hellsing he can't do shit like that, eat fat, and gain weight is the best way for a poor person, then of course work out... but a well balanced Diet with health food that costs 6$ for an ounce isn't going to work out too well.

and make sure to do sit ups, or something of the equlivalent so you don't get a big stomach or something. instead of spending money on food, get shitty high-fat food, and get a 20$ gym membership at YMCA, and if you're old enough, get a landscaping job. that's what I did last year, it helped me lose weight and gave me muscle.

Kid, a clean bulk is the way to go. Eating fatty foods is not. I don't think you should be giving an opinion on something you know nothing about. Healthy food is not expensive.

On another note please tell me a healthy food that is $96 a pound. Hahah.

yeah, healthy food isn't expensive. when i said meat, i didn't mean like expensive stakes etc. make eat like an egg or 2 for breakfast everyday. trust me i'm not rich either and if i wanted to bulk up(i'm content being skinny) i could.

if you tell your parents this most likely eventhough theres not much money they could just switch what you eat etc. also, take vitamins(i forget what they're called, b12 or something). when you exercise don't stop until you're extremely tired and like dripping sweat etc. so you know yo got a good workout. doesn't have to be a workout either, can just be messing around(maybe sports etc).

healthy food is more expensive then any other food.
(unless of course you're talking about stuff that says it's healthy and really isn't, you choose between getting fat, or dying early from fake sugar, and other chemicals) iceburg lettuce isn't good for you.

you don't neccesarily get fat from eating fatty food, anyways. as long as you keep in check your weight, and how much you're eating and working out. Unless you eat fatty foods you're not going to gain weight, unless you buy supplements that cost 50$, and make you gain bulk. see where it gets expensive?

telling me I know nothing, because I'm fat? so fat peoples brains are corroded or something? My brother is a nutritionist, everytime I talk to him, that's all he wants to talk about. I most likely know more then you about this shit.

I don't know how poor this guy is, but if he's as poor as me, he can't afford the shit that only costs a little more that's healthy, because prices stack up. so stfu, you have no clue what you're talking about.

Good point and im sure a lot of you out there may have this same problem... You need to realize it's an age thing, as well as what body type you are... most of you dont sound like an Ectomorph... go to this site and read a lil more to understand b4 u start formulating your diet/workout plan. Also over working out may increase your strength but it will keep your weight n size down...
