Not so hard to find... Just play a lot and you'll get some. I found a coldskiller +19 life a while ago.

lol ive been trying to find cold gc's for about a year and i havnt found one, i have never found a cold gc in my life!

i found a pcomb 20lifer b4. i've also found a nbunch of skill gcs in cows. during your mf runs(you mf with cold sorcy right?) after meph etc cow. takes longer but sometimes you find something good(also os gear).
try rerolling gcs too.

Yeah rerolling is efficient. My best was barb masteries +44 life, but I get other sweet ones occasionally.

personally i never rerolled because i spent all my p gems on crafting but i might start.
question: if i have a shitty skill charm that means it has a ilvl high enough to have a good chance to reroll into a good skiller right?

rerolling gcs is a good chance to get skill gcs, but also killing trav and clearing the ancients way ive found about 3-4 skill gcs a week in there

mini ubers after you kill the boss kill the minions. regular minions have ilvl drops of 86(hero editor tested)
