This is completely safe, even though it doesn't seem to work for me. If you'd actually read up on it and the program used to create it, you'd find that it simply emulates actually moving your mouse and pressing keys on your keyboard. Not to be sarcastic, but I'm sure moving your mouse is not against any TOS or EULA.
