It's an up'd bugged steelrends. If it's on Ladder then it's dupe, but it could be perm on NL.

Steelrends are gloves popular.... you make it sound like this is a legit item. Definately does not exist. This is horsesh** its clearly made with a 3rd party program, possibly one of those item fusing programs or heroeditor of some sort. Its not just 2 fused items like wizzy gloves.... far mroe ridiculous
